year since 2001 on 26 September.

International day of democracy

International Day of Democracy is celebrated on
September 15, 2016. In 2007 the United Nations General Assembly resolved
to observe 15 September as the International Day of Democracy - with
the purpose of promoting and upholding the principles of democracy - and
invited all member states and organizations to commemorate the day in
an appropriate manner that contributes to raising public awareness.
World Earth Day 2016 Date
World Health Day 2016 would be celebrated by the people all over the world on 22nd of April, at Friday.There is reason behind the title of this celebration as “Earth Day”. It was suggested by number of people in 1969 and the idea came with “birthday” as Earth day (rhyming word of birthday).
In honor of the fiftieth anniversary of human space flight, by its resolution A/RES/65/271 of 7 April 2011 the General Assembly declared 12 April as the International Day of Human Space Flight.
